Needless to say I was on the phone within minutes. 2 counselors called and both I had to leave a message. 3rd was Dr Penewit. His wife answered and after I explained my situation she asked if she could pray for me and my marriage! God doesn't make mistakes! I have to say after my wife and I took the personality test and we realized what we were doing wrong in our marriage we grow closer to each other and to Gid daily. Dr Penewit has guided us through waters we didn't want to travel and he showed us God's purpose not only in our marriage but also individually. 3 months in and my marriage is the best it's ever been!! If you're looking for Christian counseling and you're at your wits end in an unhappy marriage I can't recommend Dr Penewit enough! My only regret is that we didn't meet him 30 years ago!! Don't give up. God works through the Doc and if you give it a try with open hearts and minds, you will soon realize why you fell in love with your spouse in the first place. Make the call!!

My husband and … More I see Dr. Penewit, and he has helped us gain a whole new biblically-based understanding of marriage, how to truly be one flesh, and how to resolve conflicts. He is so welcoming and approachable, which we really appreciate, as well. I have also seen Linda a couple of times, and she is also amazing and just the sweetest! Both of them allow the Holy Spirit to guide them, which allows me to be 100% confident in their guidance! They also use the Arno profile system to classify each person's temperament in several categories, and it helped us to gain an understanding of each other's needs, strengths, and weaknesses. I won't pretend that our Arno temperament profiles were 100% accurate in every area, but overall they were very telling and very helpful!
