Your mind is a vast gift that God blessed you with

Colonizing your mind…is a process that will cause one to see that one can use their Spirit Man to make decisions.

The “soul” listens and there are two things that dictate to the soul…

1. The Spirit Man
2. The Flesh

We will be able to see how to use our spirit man to make decisions or take on responsibilities in life.

The Conflict of Two Natures

Lets look at the two natures and see how The Apostle Paul saw the differences.

Romans 7:¹⁵ For what I am doing, I do not understand; for I am not practicing what I would like to do, but I am doing the very thing I hate.

Paul realized that something was going on inside of him…he ended up doing the very things that he hated to do.

Have you ever promised yourself that you’d never do something again? You promised God you’d never never touch another cigarette.

You promised your mate you’d never look at pornography again, or cheat again but you find yourself doing it.

look at verse 17

¹⁷ So now, no longer am I the one doing it, but sin which dwells in me.

to make a long story short he saw that there were two natures in him that were getting him into trouble.

He realized that HE (his spirit man) wasn’t making the decisions but his flesh man WAS making the decisions that were getting him into trouble.

Making decisions with your Spirit Man

Paul was saying “So now, no longer am I the one doing it” (his spirit man) “but sin which dwells in me” (his flesh)

 

Paul (we can too) learned that there was a difference in the two natures and that he could make decisions from his Spirit man.

It’s really quite simple to see that you can make decisions from your Spirit man, but how?
