Loneliness Fear Pain These three emotions are usually in our lives…that is until we choose to stop them.
I remember my life as a child…it was one of joy and wonder, but it was also a life filled with loneliness fear and pain.
We all remember the fear of being alone…would anyone ever want us? or would we be alone for the rest of our lives.
Fear of being alone is the most difficult emotion to deal with because it brings a pain that is indescribable.
Loneliness Fear Pain…how The 5 Temperaments cope
There are 5 Temperaments that we work with and thousands of various blends…so how will each person cope with loneliness?
Lets look at the basic 5 Temperaments and see how they may cope.
The Melancholy
This Temperament doesn’t need to be with people like the other Temperaments do…but they still have a need to be accepted.
So people are important to them…and if they cant be around people they will become bitter and lonely.
This is the “tip of the iceberg” for them…other emotions will “come into play” as well causing their self-esteem to plummet.
The Sanguine
The Sanguine are “people oriented” which means that they will need many people around them at all times.
A Sanguine will worry more than any of the other temperaments…even if they are in a good relationship
and surrounded by those who love them.
The emotional pain that a Sanguine will feel can bring clinical depression.
It can even cause physical diseases to manifest so it’s vital for The Sanguine to be accepted by others’
The Choleric
The Choleric need people to help them get the job done…and so people are tools to them.
It may seem like these people don’t really need people but the do.
They don’t really fear rejection but it does affect them so they need to be accepted by people.
The Supine
The one emotion that causes The Supine more pain than any other emotion is rejection.
The Supine simply does not know how to process the emotion of rejection and so this emotion can cripple them on a minute by minute basis.
Supines live with fears that can haunt them their entire life.
The Phlegmatic
The Phlegmatic has low emotional energy…so much so that they don’t fear rejection that much.
